Clinical quality platform, medtech
A demonstrator for perioperative care: a quality dashboard, electronic case report forms and e-learning, fed by a live data stream from a monitoring device. Sign-in with two-factor authentication, bilingual.
SaaS for restaurants
A digital menu behind a QR code: guests order and pay at the table, no app needed. As founding engineer I owned it from concept to market – guest app, restaurant back office, backend and operations.
Cashflow forecasting
How much money will be in the account in twelve months? Velo projects recurring earnings and costs, projects and one-off items into a forecast spanning several years – with import and export.

Six board and card games, online for two to four players. No game server and no database: the browsers connect directly to each other. Installable like an app.

Learning app with a solver
Trains decisions for one specific poker tournament. A solver computes every spot live on the phone, even offline – with 48 lessons.

All prices plus 19% German VAT where applicable. Running costs for hosting, payment provider and AI models go directly to the providers, often under €50 a month for a small product.

Then I'll tell you on the first call, before you pay anything. Usually a core can be cut out that goes live in a week. The rest follows in further sprints.
You do. You get the repository, all credentials and short documentation. Hosting and services run on your own accounts, so you can keep building yourself or with another team at any time.
Database and servers run in EU data centres. Consent, data export and deletion are part of the foundation, and there are data processing agreements for the services used.
Remotely. Kickoff and acceptance on video, and in between a daily preview link and a quick exchange whenever you have questions.
